The Role

You’ll have an opportunity to expand your sales experience and exposure by working with organizations of all sizes and maturity levels. Leveraging the best in class technology of Outreach and sharing best practices learned across hundreds of users, you will empower clients to be more successful and more efficient. Your primary success metric will be to ensure successful launch, adoption and set clients on a path towards long term success.

Your Day Includes


  • Meeting with customers. We know time spent with out clients produces results and time is our most valuable asset and theirs.
  • Adapting quickly to client needs and use cases of Outreach.
  • Listening to client needs and uncovering new opportunities. We are all sales people and believe there is a better outcome by working together.
  • Training users to own their future and success with Outreach.
  • Influence leaders and users to follow best practices.


Basic Experience


  • 3-5 years of solid experience in a technical sales training role or using Outreach or similar technology.
  • SalesForce knowledge is a must, certifications are a bonus
  • Experience managing clients and accounts
  • Proven track record of success and growth
  • Understanding of sales processes and sales methodology a bonus
  • Hands on experience as an Outreach Admin
  • Ability to manage your day with minimal oversight. You need to own your future.
  • Ability to learn product features and apply them to unique client situations.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all personality types and skill levels
  • Experience transforming organizations and teams through change
  • Apply and practice excellent written and verbal skills


Preferred Experience


  • Knowledge of Sales Processes from lead acquisition, pipeline management, through measurement and nurturing
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of jobs, clients and industries
  • Knowledge of learning best practices




Compensation is based on experience and employee needs. AcousticSelling is looking for full- and part-time support with a preferred compensation model as an independent contractor paid hourly. Based on skills, desire, performance and company needs we expect this role to transition to a direct employee.
